RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
Our R&D group has developed hundreds of products launched for dozens of brands around the globe. Our diverse skill set and technical backgrounds, including food science, chemistry, biomedical engineering, and cookery provide Star Kay White a knowledge matrix to produce unique ingredients. Our product developers have years of plant experience, and work through projects from the point of ideation to full scale batching in production. Additionally, our developers are available to customers by direct contact, and offer on-site customer support.
MARKET INSIGHTS PROGRAM
Star Kay White has been engaged in its Market Insights and Trend Tracking program since 2013. The Market Insights group is comprised of individuals throughout the organization coming together to share reports 10 times throughout the year to compile, discuss, and dissect observations from an unlimited range of research material. We use this process to determine our New Flavors Program, and target areas of opportunity for product innovation for our customers.
