Dark chocolate ice cream with a subtle cinnamon undertone that leads to a surprisingly
pleasant finish featuring ancho and chipotle chili peppers. Just the right amount of
cinnamon is used to build a bridge between the chocolate and the ancho-chipotle
chili pepper generated spice. The peppers we have selected were chosen because
they deliver their heat as a part of otherwise interesting flavors, not just heat.
